Restaurant Appliance Repair in Miami

A Miami kitchen does not stop for a repair. Lunch in Brickell, a late service in Wynwood, brunch that runs into the afternoon on the weekend — the equipment works hard in heat that never really lets up, and when one piece fails the whole line feels it. We repair restaurant equipment across the city, and we plan each visit around your service rather than asking you to plan your service around us.

Before the rush, not in the middle of it

When you call, we ask two things before anything else: when you open, and which station is down. A dish machine that quits at three in the afternoon is a different job from one that quits at seven, and the right visit is the one that leaves the kitchen working before the doors open.

If the repair needs a part we do not carry, you get a fixed quote and a realistic date for the part, plus advice on working around the gap — whether the low-boy can hold the walk-in's product overnight, or what to run by hand until the machine is back.

Station by station

Cold side

Walk-in coolers and freezers, reach-ins, prep tables and under-bar refrigeration. Door gaskets and condenser fans fail early in salt air and humidity.

Warewashing

Commercial dishwashers and glasswashers: wash arms, heating, drain and fill faults.

Hot line

Commercial ovens and ranges, including the igniters and thermostats that drift until the food comes out uneven.

Ice

Undercounter and modular ice machines.

What a visit looks like

  1. Diagnose. The technician finds the fault and tells the manager on shift what it is in plain terms.
  2. Quote. A fixed price before work starts. The $69 diagnostic is applied to it when you go ahead.
  3. Repair. Done on the spot when the part is on the truck; otherwise booked for the day the part arrives.
  4. Paperwork. An invoice with the address and the equipment on it, ready for your books or your landlord.

Across the city

Brickell, Wynwood, Little Havana, the Design District, Coconut Grove and the corridors in between. Parking and loading are part of the plan when we book, so the technician arrives at the right door.

Frequently asked questions

Can you come before we open?

Tell us your opening time when you book. Early windows go fast, and when one is free we would rather use it than send a technician into your rush.

Do you work with the landlord or the management company?

Yes. If the equipment belongs to the building, we can quote and invoice the owner directly; tell us who pays when you call.

What if the unit is still under the manufacturer's warranty?

Call the manufacturer first, because work by an outside technician can void that coverage. Once it has run out, we repair most makes of commercial kitchen equipment and will say so plainly if yours is one we cannot source parts for.
