New residential customers can use code FIRST25 for $25 off their first appliance repair. One coupon per household; mention the code when scheduling. It cannot be combined with another offer.

15% senior discount

Customers age 65 and older can receive 15% off eligible labor charges with code SENIOR15. Proof of age may be requested; this offer cannot be combined with another coupon.

Diagnostic fee

The standard diagnostic visit is $69. If you approve the repair, that fee is applied toward the repair total.

How FIRST25 works

FIRST25 takes $25 off the first appliance repair for a household that has not used us before. It is for residential repairs and covers any appliance we service, from a refrigerator or washer to a dishwasher, oven or dryer. Give the code when you call to book, or type it into the issue notes when you book online, so it is on the appointment before the technician arrives.

The $25 comes off the repair you approve, on the final invoice. One FIRST25 per household, and only once, so a second appliance repaired on a later visit is billed without it.

How SENIOR15 works

SENIOR15 takes 15% off the labor charge on a residential repair for customers aged 65 and older. It applies to labor only, so the parts on the quote are billed at their normal price. The technician may ask for proof of age. As with FIRST25, mention the code when booking or add it to the issue notes online.

How the offers combine

Only one coupon applies to a visit: FIRST25 and SENIOR15 cannot be used together, and neither can be added to another offer. If you qualify for both, choose whichever saves more on your repair. On a repair with a small labor charge, the flat $25 is usually the larger saving; on a repair with more labor, 15% can be worth more. You can ask the technician to work out both against the actual quote before you choose.

The diagnostic credit is not a coupon. Every customer who approves a repair has the $69 diagnostic fee applied to the repair total, with or without a code, and the coupon then comes off the repair itself.

What the coupons do not cover

The coupons are for residential repairs. They do not reduce the $69 diagnostic fee on its own, so a visit where the repair is declined is charged the diagnostic only. Commercial work is quoted separately. A warranty return visit has no diagnostic and no labor charge, so there is nothing for a coupon to come off. The offers have no set end date but can change, so confirm the current terms when you book.
