F21 is a long-drain fault on the Whirlpool Duet platform your Elite is built on. The drain pump filter behind the lower panel is opened first — it collects coins, hair ties and socks — and then the pump is tested if the path is clear. A filter clean-out is a short job; a pump is a part.

Can you still get parts for a Kenmore from the early 2000s?

In many cases yes, because the part was never a Kenmore part — it was a Whirlpool, Frigidaire or LG part with a Sears label, and the original manufacturer still supplies it under its own number.
